Arjen Robben scored two goals against Braunschweig today but unfortunately for him, that’s not what most people will remember about his contribution.
The Dutch winger was on fire with a brace in Bayern’s 2-0 victory over the Bundesliga’s basement side at the Allianz Arena, but he spoiled his opening goal after his attempt to slide along the turf after hitting the net went horribly wrong.
Robben hit the ground with enough force to tear a hole in the leggings he was wearing under his shorts…
…but he obviously wasn’t too affected as he went on to score this beauty before the finish.
