It’s not too often we will utter the following words, but it looks like Ireland is the envy of Europe today as we enjoy some of the best weather around.
It is almost second nature to complain at our weather in this country as we lament the more favourable conditions of our continental neighbours. Well every dog has his day in the sun, and today Ireland would appear to be that dog lapping up the brilliant sunshine.
A picture courtesy of Met Eireann shows that we are the only country escaping heavy cloud over the majority of Europe, with people right around the country set to make the most of the brilliant sunshine.
We would just urge a note of caution. Make sure to take your suncream with you if you are spending the day outside,
you don’t want to end up like this guy!
