Malibu launches fiery new drink with Ne-Yo

Malibu have launched a hot and fiery new drink called Malibu Red in collaboration with R’n’B star Ne-Yo.

The drink combines the smooth coconut flavour of traditional Malibu infused with a fiery Mexican Tequila.

Ne-Yo was a key creative force behind the development of Malibu Red, lending his natural creative character and unique imprint to the product. Ne-Yo is a Grammy Award winning singer, actor, producer and dancer.

Ne-Yo says of the collaboration: “From music to film and everything in between, Malibu and I have been working behind the scenes to create a rich experience for Malibu Red that allows me to naturally bring my storytelling, acting, singing, and dancing to the table."

To launch the drink, Ne-Yo is coming to Dublin in January for an exclusive performance at The Wright Venue in Swords on Friday, 11th January 2013, where the superstar will perform some of his greatest hits including Closer, Let Me Love You, Because of You and his brand new single, Burning Up, the song he wrote especially for Malibu Red.
