Nudity? GAA celebrations? Kildare club celebrate Division 5 League success in style

You can’t knock GAA players for celebrating success, even if that takes place with the bare minimum of clothing.

You can’t knock GAA players for celebrating success, even if that takes place with the bare minimum of clothing.

We have seen many pictures over the years of jubilant scenes in changing rooms as players bask in the glory of seeing all their hard efforts rewarded with silverware. Or in some cases just efforts.

We don’t have a whole pile of information about the picture, other than the fact that the man in question is Tommy from Eadestown in Kildare, celebrating last night as his side won the Division 5 League Final.

The trophy just about covers his modesty – just as well it wasn’t a Fr. Ted style piece of silverware – as he looks to be in high spirits after the big win.

Thankfully the two balls we see are size 5 O’Neills on the changing room floor.

Hat-tip to Aussie on Twitter for sending this our way.

If you want to catch up with all the news even faster, you’ll want a serious broadband connection with speeds of up to 70mb, so check out the good lads at Magnet, who will be filling your fatpipe so that you never have to worry about being connected.
