If French defender Mathieu Valbuena was attempting to do his best midget impression last night, well he certainly achieved that in spades.

A star-studded Belgian outfit were held to a 0-0 draw in Brussels by Didier Deschamps France last night and continued their three year unbeaten home record which stretches back 15 games. Perhaps the most entertaining moment of the night came in the form of a picture of French midfielder Mathieu Valbuena, with Belgian giants Vincent Kompany and Marouane Fellaini in close company. Standing at 5’ 5”, Valbuena is generally one of the shorter players on the pitch no matter the opposition, but when he is leaning back as he is in the below photo, well he looks about two hands higher than a duck.
