Jesus Montero of the Seattle Mariners is going to wake up with what can only be described as a blinding headache today.

While baseball might not seem the roughest sport, there are a few ways to get yourself injured in the game, between sliding for home, diving for the ball, or getting your head in the way of a backswing, which is exactly what happened to Jesus Montero last night.
Indians player Francisco Lindor swung at a pitch in the second inning, but connected with Montero on the backswing, immediately leaving this giant lump on his forehead.

Montero just seems to be cursed with luck on this front though considering that he also got hit in the head with a ball before. If we were him, we'd consider wearing a helmet all the time.
Thankfully, Montero is ok after his latest head injury, and while he'll be watched by his team doctors, Seattle manager Jack Zduriencik confirmed that he didn't have concussion, which is good news at least.
