Man Utd are currently Down Under with their pre-season campaign in full swing which has allowed the players meet some fellow sportsmen in Oz.
The Red Devils’ tour of Oz has had a bigger profile thanks to the Wayne Rooney transfer saga, but the players have been out and about themselves, with Ferdinand snapped with two familiar Sydney Swans players, including our very own Tommy Walsh.
Standing next to the Kerry man, Ferdinand will appreciate the task facing AFL defenders in attempting to stop the Tralee native, while he will also note the keen eye for fashion, something Ferdinand himself takes great pride in.
