In honour of the new Red Bull Editions series, JOE takes a look back at some famous moments when some usually quite sensible people totally lost the plot and saw red.

We’ve all had it happen, sometimes we’re just caught on a day where our fuse is particularly short and we can’t control our temper.
Luckily enough, we don’t tend to do it when there’s a load of camera’s pointed at us or the world’s media all paying attention to us, but when that does happen it can be pretty brilliant.
Take for example, one of the most well-known Real Madrid players Pepe. It might be a bit of a stretch to describe him as reasonable, but the red mist definitely descended on him in 2009 when he inexplicably lost the rag with Getafe defender Francisco Casquero.
Unsurprisingly, he picked up a lengthy ban for his troubles, but you can’t help but reflect on the fact that there was a very strange decision process going on in his head.
Politics is a passionate business, no doubt, but these Members of Parliament in Ukraine all got a little too heated when a mass brawl broke out only a few months ago.
There was one man in the crowd who wasn’t fighting, and he just so happened to be the Heavyweight Champion Vitali Klitschko who probably kept his cool because he knew he’d win the brawl on his own against the entire chamber.
Meatloaf is a dramatic man, given he makes operatic rock music, but we never quite knew how dramatic until we saw this tantrum from him on the American version of Celebrity Apprentice where he completely lost the plot over art supplies. He obviously just really likes sponges and paint.
Celebrity pop-star/Twitter sensation Justin Bieber was recently in England, and wearing red, aptly enough, when the veneer finally cracked on his usually sensible exterior after a foul-mouthed bit of abuse from a member of the paparazzi. We have to say, we can’t blame him for this, the guy was clearly trying to antagonise him and was really trying to provoke a reaction.
It would be impossible to make this list without mentioning the one and only Wayne Rooney, who is…let’s say passionate. Here’s a collection of some of his finest moments when he’s lost the plot, But we’d like to add a quick disclaimer to say that we have nothing to do with the music choice in this video.
We never thought we’d ever be mentioning Justin Bieber and Wayne Rooney in the same breath, but we guess they’ve got more in common than we originally thought.
