There’s nothing left to do but to bask in this jersey’s extreme awesome-ness.
There have been some great jerseys worthy of plenty of appreciation over the years. Your humble author has a particular fondness for the 1989 Mayo jersey and there was one sponsored by Buckfast doing the rounds recently but we think that this one tops the lot.
Ahead of the Fexco Asian GAA Games in Kuala Lumpur, the great Jerome Quinn, easily the most tireless GAA correspondent around, tweeted a picture of the jersey one lucky team will be wearing in action this weekend.
Is this the coolest new #GAA jersey?! It’s for this weekend’s FEXCO Gaelic Games in Kuala Lumpur. What do you think? pic.twitter.com/HY2Pq8ITwE

We’re no wildlife experts but the jersey appears to feature an adult silverback gorilla lovingly taking care of a precious O’Neills ball, which we assume he will pass onto the young fella scratching his back when he’s old enough and deemed ready to begin his introduction into the world of Gaelic Football.
We can’t quite make out who the jersey belongs to but we would appreciate if readers could let us know as soon as possible because regardless of what happens on the pitch this weekend, the team wearing these jerseys deserve to win the Asian Games.
