All-Ireland winner Brendan Bugler was today showing off his brother’s hurley which is still going strong after 11 years.

The Whitegate man tweeted the picture today of the hurley which is standing the test of time, a remarkable amount of time and as Bugler points out, “it’s not like he spares it either”. The hurley was made by John Clancy in Tubber and is a ringing endorsement for the maker as it is still going strong. Are there any older hurleys in the country that are still being used regularly?
