We wonder will he put the boot into the man who stepped into his shoes?

We wonder will he put the boot into the man who stepped into his shoes?

It was the best selling book in the UK last year, getting through a staggering 647, 153 copies, so we shouldn’t be too surprised that a sequel to Alex Ferguson’s book is on the way.

Today the Manchester United website announced that an updated version of ‘My Autobiography’ will be released on October 23.

The area of most interest will be what the Scot says about the disastrous season at the club since he left, what he thinks of Louis van Gaal and if he expresses any regret about choosing David Moyes.

The book will also cover areas of less interest, like ‘his teachings at the Harvard Business School, a night at the Oscars and a boat tour around the Hebrides, where he passed unrecognised’.
