Remember the famous Nike ad in the airport with the 1998 Brazilian World Cup squad? Well it’s been recreated and in the most unlikely setting you can think of.

Nike have made some absolutely brilliant football ads over the years and the one broadcast prior to and during the 1998 World Cup at an airport by the Brazilian squad is up there with the best of them, even if airport workers the world over must have been infuriated by constant amateur attempts to repeat it in the months afterwards.

15 years on, British company Anglian Home Improvements have paid homage to the ad by using a bunch of employees from one of their double-glazing factories with the help of the F2 football freestylers (Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lynch) to recreate the ad in pretty impressive fashion.

Wingrove and Lynch pull off a few moves we don’t remember seeing in the original ad and the music is slightly different but it’s certainly a worthy tribute, with Lynch replicating Ronaldo and playing the fall guy this time around, seeing his effort rebound off the back of the delivery truck at the death, a shot we’re sure he nailed in one take.

While you’re on a nostalgia trip you might as well have one more look at the original ad, which features heavy doses of the original step-over king Denilson. Remember him?
