They say the crowd at Parkhead acts like a 12th man. Well one fan in particular tried to play his part with an opportunist header at the weekend.
The Bhoys were surprisingly held by Inverness at the weekend – yes, it ruined our accumulator too – but when Celtic fan Paul McDowall saw a wayward shot coming in his direction, well the easy option would have been to catch the ball. But they’re made of sterner stuff in Scotland.
McDowall launched himself into the header much to the amusement of those around him and everyone else online.

Maybe it inspired his heroes to their victory over Shahktar Karagandy - or maybe not - but there is no doubting the passion and enthusiasm in the stands.
The supporter can rightly claim to be head and shoulders above everyone else.
