We all know how important set-pieces are in football and so many teams have relied on them down through the years to pick up points in leagues across the world, Rory Delap's throw-ins for Stoke automatically springs to mind, not pretty but effective. The player normally chosen to take free-kicks and corners is one with high technical ability who is able to deliver on a consistent basis, do not Google 'Iago Aspas Liverpool corner Chelsea'... Japanese international Keisuke Honda is the main man in charge of set-pieces at AC Milan these days. He's a very gifted player but last night he somehow managed to take a corner that was arguably the worst of all time by a professional footballer. Breathtaking stuff...
