Fiorentina took on Udinese in the Coppa Italia last night, and Cuadrado produced a moment of magic

Fiorentina, the new home of Manchester United’s Anderson, have lacked a bit of a spark up front in recent weeks after their top scorer, and the top scorer in Serie A, Giuseppe Rossi was carted off with a knee injury.

That’s terrible news for a player who has had several serious injuries in that area, but it also meant that the team would need to find goals somewhere else, and last night, with a 2-1 deficit to overturn in the second leg of the semi-final of the Coppa Italia, Manuel Pasqual and Juan Guillermo Cuadrado stepped up to fill the void.

The latter scored this absolute screamer to make it 2-0 and give the advantage to La Viola 3-2 on aggregate, which they were able to hold on to until the final whistle. Speaking of finals, Cuadrado himself will miss the game thanks to the fact that he got himself booked int his game, so that will leave a slightly sour taste for the Colombian.
