Some big skills from the Big Apple…
Milner was one of a host of City players in New York City recently to help promote the newly formed New York City FC, a partnership between Manchester City and New York Yankees that will compete in the MLS from 2015 onwards.
To mark the launch of the new franchise, a handful of City players took part in a slick advert featuring a pass and move game around the city that never sleeps, taking in iconic locations such as Brooklyn Bridge Park, Rucker Park in Harlem and, of course, Yankee Stadium itself.
We’re sure there was a certain amount of special effects used to create it but there is still a lot of impressive skills on show and Joe Hart even managed to make an appearance unaffected by some of the clangers that have seen him replaced in the City side by Costel Pantilimon of late.
We didn’t really mean that Joe, keep the head (and shoulders) up.
