Ronaldinho announced his decision to leave Atletico Miniero this week after three successful years with the Brazilian club. The 34-year old sort of went off our radar since he left Europe in 2011 to return home but his performances have been top class, so much so that many were surprised he didn’t make the Brazilian World Cup squad and in hindsight, they could have done with some of his spark and creativity.
Ronaldinho’s future is now up in the air and he’s been linked with a move to QPR in recent days but he’ll more than likely end up in the MLS… sorry ‘Arry.
The former Barcelona man has always come across as someone with integrity and class and on departing Miniero, he has put together a tribute video for the fans of some of his best moments for the club. The things that man can do with a football will never cease to amaze us…
