It’s not just us that find him insufferable then…

The words of bumbling FIFA President Sepp Blatter often provoke a wide range of emotions and very few of them are positive.

Most of the time his speeches are met with anger, disbelief and ridicule, but at a press conference for the World Club in recent days, he managed to be so boring that a colleague sat directly beside him – at a live televised press conference we should add – couldn’t tolerate him and appeared to nod off while he was speaking about the place of the Club World Cup on the international calendar.

The man in question was Abdelilah El Akram, acting chairman of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the FIFA Club World Cup, and while he eventually comes to around halfway through the clip, he doesn’t exactly look interested in what Blatter has to say.

He should have worn a pair of these…
