The song is a questionable and the dance is even more so, but there are a lot of attractive cheerleaders in this music video for the Oregon State Beavers so at least give it a chance.
Whether it’s the Miami Dolphins girls covering Taylor Swift or their Crystal Palace counterparts going Gangnam Style, music videos featuring cheerleaders do have a certain appeal regardless of the quality of the song they happen to be dancing along to.
This effort from the Oregon State Beavers features a dodgy enough song and some would say an even dodgier dance but it’s not the worst way to whet the appetite for the start of the College Football season which starts tonight, not the worst way at all.
Something like this would no doubt add an extra layer of glamour and pizazz to the Sigerson and Fitzgibbon Cups come the winter-time, so let’s hope our motion to the GAA gets through at the next Congress.
