The Southampton squad have had a very interesting preseason training camp by the looks of it
Most of the time the grueling preseason regime consists of ice baths, lots of running and the odd friendly game in some far-flung corner of the world.
However, it looks like Mauricio Pochettino had something totally different in mind this year, as he had the whole squad walk over hot coals, quite literally, in their preparation for next season.
We're not sure exactly what benefit this might have for the lads out on the field (blistering pace, perhaps?) but it's certainly a decent team bonding experience.
