Video: Tipperary win the All-Ireland Ladies football semi-final in the most incredible way possible

What a way to win a game for Tipperary but you’ve got to have some sympathy for the Fermanagh Ladies after losing the game in such dramatic fashion.

The ladies from the Erne County were cruising to victory in the All-Ireland Intermediate semi-final clash with the Premier in Semple Stadium this afternoon, leading by four points with little over a minute on the clock.

Tipperary fought back, however and in an amazing sequence of events, Niamh Lonergan popped over a point, Claire Carroll followed with a brilliantly taken opportunistic goal to level matters before Lonergan sealed a truly amazing one-point victory with another score right on the buzzer for full-time.

Has a GAA match ever been settled in such dramatic circumstances? The 1994 All-Ireland hurling final comes close but this is on another level altogether.

Incredible stuff.
