Hull's George Boyd can expect to have the book thrown at him after spitting at Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart during Saturday's clash at the KC Stadium.

Boyd can clearly be seen spitting in Hart's face after failing to win a penalty with a dive in Hull's 2-0 defeat to City. Somewhat inexplicably, Hart was booked after the incident while Boyd's actions went unpunished. Why the ref didn't award a penalty is anyone's guess.
