England's first warm-up game on American soil is being played tonight, in Miami, against Ecuador. ITV's team of Adrian Chiles, Lee Dixon, Ian Wright and Glenn Hoddle are in Sun Life Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, for the game but when it came to the pre-game intro, Chiles thought he was somewhere else.   Doesn't bode well for the rest of the tournament, does it?
