Remember Ricardo Quaresma? That’s right, the guy who had all the talent in the world but never even came close to fulfilling his potential? Yeah, that guy.
Well, anyway, he’s back home in Portugal and plying his trade at Porto since the January transfer window, and has showed a few flashes of form that have made us think there might still be a few drops of magic in those boots. Tonight he produced one of those moments with this fantastic finish.
The strike came in stoppage time, with his side already 4-0 down and losing 4-1 on aggregate, but it was a still a special effort. Pity that Porto’s defenders had spent the preceding 90 minutes playing to the level of a drunk Sunday League outfit.
