We’re going to give the Manchester United starlet the benefit of the doubt with this one.

The Belgian’s opportunities to impress in the first team have been limited so far this season but he has been doing the business for the club’s under-21 side, scoring a hat-trick against Sunderland recently and proving the match-winner again tonight with a late free-kick against Spurs.

The angle was so narrow that it’s easy to think that he was merely trying to cross the ball in, but we think that he meant to whip it into the far corner and if he did, this was some finish…
