Pic: Irish hotels take note, this guy asked for a pillow fort in his room and he got one

Five stars

Paul Moore

Five stars.

There are certain things that all Irish people used to do when they were kids.

Aside from football, games that we all played on the street included ‘tip the can’, ’rounders’ or ‘hide and seek’ while those rainy days were usually spent indoors on the SNES or with a board game.

There’s a certain nostalgia and sense of giddy fun that this writer still gets from building a ‘cushion fort’ because they’re usually more impregnable than Helms Deep and Fort Knox.

It seems that a recent hotel guest shares our passion for building cushion forts because this below request was actually fulfilled by an incredibly cool hotel in Quebec.

All he needs now is some sweets, blankets and water balloons to throw at people.

After seeing this, who else wants to go and build their own fort?
