Not all heroes wear capes…
One of the best things about the recent cold snap was seeing how communities pulled together to help one another out.
That could be something as small as checking up on an elderly neighbour, clearing the pathways in your area or more heroically, coming to the aid of some stranded emergency services who were busy provided help to others.
An ambulance became stranded in some deep snow in Firhouse recently, but luckily there were some helpful locals around to save the day.
Thanks, we didn't get your names but your help getting our ambulance moving in Firhouse last night was brilliant. If anyone knows them…..👍 #SnowStories #SNOWMAGGEDDON #StormEmma #Dublin #sneactha pic.twitter.com/QJRxEKDyNd

Dublin Fire Brigade are looking for the two men that pulled over and helped pull their ambulance from the snow.
Although, it looks as though the mysterious saviours have already been identified…
