Terry Ragland, 55, from Tennessee went to her doctor hoping he could sort out her severe back pain. Instead, she left with a diagnosis of ‘ghetto booty’.

So, as a doctor with years of both medical and patient experience, how do you think Terry’s doctor tried to get out of this one?

Apparently, the MD turned around and said he was just trying to dumb down her back pain diagnosis when he told her she suffers from “ghetto booty.”

“He said ‘I know what the problem is. It’s ghetto booty,’” Ragland told WREG in Memphis. “I think I blacked out after he said ghetto booty. I think my mind was just stuck on the phrase because I couldn’t believe he said that.”

According to reports, Ms Ragland was diagnosed with lumbar lordosis, but her doctor decided “to take a technical conversation regarding your lower back and make it less technical,” he wrote in a letter after she had complained to the office manager.

Talk about a lack of bedside manners… and common sense.
