Dr. Cian O’Neill runs us through a few of the important movements that you need to do if you want to improve your training for explosive movements on the GAA pitch.

From plyometric box jumps to the more advanced clean and jerk, these exercises will help you explode into the air to grab a ball, burst into a quick sprint or even get the upper hand in a heavy challenge.
