It’s pretty hot out there, so if you were looking for a decent way to sweat it all out before your next cold shower, JOE has you sorted with this high intensity circuit

If you need a new routine to do as a circuit to keep you fit, or you simply want to get the heart pumping at the end of a weights session, then this high-intensity interval training circuit is for you.

If you tried out the home circuit last week, then this is another good one to add to your program, as it is a bit more intense and requires more explosive movement.

Personal trainer Anthony Lynch of Raw Condition Gym in Dublin walks us through a great workout, which should have you sweating, as if it wasn’t warm enough outside to make you do that anyway.

As with the home circuit, you can choose to hit a certain number of reps for each exercise (keeping in mind that for many of the exercises you should aim for an even number so that you work both sides evenly), or you can set a time limit for each one and aim to get as many reps as possible in that time limit, but Anthony gives us a quick tip on that front too.
