Could you not throw an auld sandwich in there or something?

It being the start of a New Year, loads and loads of people are trying all sorts of diets and healthy eating fads in order to shed the Christmas weight and get into shape. Healthy eating is always to be encouraged, but we’re not sure we’d like to follow the example of the founder of Plenish juice company, Kara Rosen, who divulged her daily diet in an interview with The Telegraph recently. Each to their own and all that, but as well as not being able to recognise some of the foods mentioned below, we don’t think we could survive on a diet where an almond-milk cappuccino represents a treat. Is it just us craving a chicken fillet roll and a bag of Tayto all of a sudden?
