Tasty and easy to make protein recipes: Mixed-fruit breakfast smoothie
The perfect refreshing drink to get your day off to the right start.
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 5 strawberries
- ½ cup full of blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Strawberry flavour)
- Put all of the fruit into a blender, pour in the scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Strawberry flavour) and the two glasses of orange juice.
- Turn on the blender and serve when ready.
- Add ice to cool if necessary.
