Instructions:

  • Put all of the fruit into a blender, pour in the scoop of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Strawberry flavour) and the two glasses of orange juice.
  • Turn on the blender and serve when ready.
  • Add ice to cool if necessary.
