Dr. Cian O’Neill runs us through a few exercises that will be of great benefit to you and make sure you’re in top form by the time you take to the pitch for some game time.

With a focus on compound exercises that make sure you’re using a lot of the muscle groups and joints that you would be on game day, Dr. O’Neill shows us a few ideas that you can include in your routine.

There’s also plenty of unilateral movements, so whether you’re jumping off one leg to a do a bit of high fielding, or using one arm to reach up and grab a sliotar fro the air, there’s something here for everyone.
