There are many people from Game of Thrones that JOE wouldn’t want to meet down a dark alley at night.

The Hound would probably stick a sword through our head before making some funny wisecrack over our quivering body while we also wouldn’t want to meet Ned Stark also, see anyone who talks to him usually ends up dead.

Hafthor Bjornsson or Ser Gregor “The Mountain” Clegane is definitely top of the list though because he’s a one man army that could probably lay siege to the entire Seven Kingdoms of Westeros on his own.

We already have seen him obliterating records before but he can now add another notch to his belt with this world-record throw at the 2015 Arnold Sports Festival.

Take a look as the The 6’9”, 419-pound Icelandic weightlifter tosses a 56-pound kettle bell like its a football.

Here’s the same lift from another angle. This is seriously impressive stuff as his throw reaches 19’3 to set a new world record.

I had ups & downs at the Arnold Strongman Classic this past weekend. I did an awful mistake in the deadlift which cost me alot of points! Yesterday made me feel a little bit better though. I did a weight for height event on the main stage. I went over 19’3 with a 56lbs weight and that is a New World Record!!
