WATCH: Here is the first trailer for an Iron Man game due for release in 2019

Suit up!

Following in the footsteps of the Arkham Trilogy (we're pretending the prequel Arkham Origins doesn't exist) and Spider-Man, all of which were some of the best games in recent years, we'll soon be able to play as another famous superhero!

PlayStation released the announcement trailer for Marvel's Iron Man, which will be an exclusive to the PSVR system, allowing you to play the game from "inside" Tony Stark's infamous suit, which, come to think of it, we're pretty sure isn't actually made of iron...

Anyways, the trailer gives a small hint at the overall villain (which was definitely giving us vibes of the villain from Incredibles 2), as well as a huge action set-piece that involves Stark's private plane being attacked and him being dropped into a freefall.

According to the official Marvel blog, players control Stark as he "confronts ghosts from his past - powerful forces who seek to ruin him and everything he stands for. By fully embracing the magic of PlayStation VR, players will come face-to-face with iconic allies and Super Villains as they jet around the globe on a heroic mission to save not only Stark Industries, but the world itself."

Marvel's Iron Man is due for release later in 2019.
