New branch of RAW gyms has opened in Donnybrook
At Raw gyms, the team believe that ‘attitude is everything’. They see fitness as a habit that should be incorporated into a balanced lifestyle, even if it’s just 20 minutes a day.
This October they’ve designed the RAW #Trainfor20 program, a quick workout that people can do in the gym or at home. These will be 20 x 1 minute videos where RAW trainers work on specific areas of fitness including upper, lower, core and conditioning.
These daily videos will go up on the Raw site and Instagram page. Weekly videos will also be posted on the JOE social channels too, so you have lots of chances to stay up to date.
To help you stay motivated, there will also be an event at RAW each weekend throughout October:
- Raw Talk on Nutrition
- Raw Train with a Special guest
- Raw Cook with a Special Guest (Meal Prep)
- Raw Rave for Halloween
Better yet, if you want to try out training in RAW, the team there will give you a
one day pass to do just that!
