Ireland’s largest health, fitness and wellness festival returns this May.

We might have a few months to go before we reach the summer, but there’s nothing stopping us from thinking about it now.

The longer days, the (hopefully) better weather, and the long list of summer festivals are what we’re dreaming of. We don’t just mean music festivals though, as the 10,000 people who attended WellFest last year would likely agree that it was one of the go-to events of the summer.

Returning to the Royal Hospital Kilmainham on Saturday, 11 and Sunday, 12 May, WellFest 2019 in association with KBC is set to be bigger and better than last year. Don’t be worried about having to train for the event or anything, there will be plenty to take away from it no matter what your fitness levels currently are.

Over the two days, you’ll be working out in the open air and listening to people like MMA coach John Kavanagh, personal trainer Bradley Simmonds and best-selling cookery author Roz Purcell.

Also headlining the festival is fitness and yoga expert/former Australian pole vaulter Amanda Bisk, host of the UK’s No 1 podcast Ben Coomber, The Gut Health Doctor and Gerry Hussey. Between food demos, spinning, yoga, Pilates, mindfulness, TRX classes and much more, there will be plenty to keep you busy.
