Burger King are bringing out chicken rings for ‘easier dipping’

How much chicken can you handle?

JOE

Considering their name, Burger King aren’t half nifty with their chicken options…

After the pioneering chicken fries, Burger King are now to be testing chicken rings. That’s chicken strips, in a ring. Like onion rings. But with chicken. For easier dipping.

Fast food innovation gets better (stranger?) and better (seriously, what is this? We’ll still eat it, but still.)

Burger King is slowly rolling out (see what we did there?) their new chicken item in stores across America, where customers can buy six chicken rings for $2.89 (£1.98).

If it all goes well, expect chicken fries rings to make an appearance in Ireland very shortly.

It does leave one small, niggling question; “What exactly is wrong with chicken nuggets?”

It’s ok nuggets, we still love you. Our waistbands and wallets can cope with yet another chicken product to help us on days when we can’t be bothered to cook.
