5) Help combat heat stroke

Remember these silly Irish people over-indulging in the sun?

Well, here’s some good news for people that may not take the sun too well; mango juice can help prevent against sun stroke. Apparently the reason why people often feel tired and dehydrated, when visiting equatorial climates, is because the sun’s rays burn up your body, particularly the muscles. The kidneys then become overloaded with toxins from this process, however, mangoes can help combat this effect. Take that sun!
