We’ve seen a lot of strange and stupid videos coming from Russia, but this one might top the lot.
The bloke in question can be seen standing on top of the speeding car in a surfing position before he scoots himself down onto the bonnet. What happens next is pretty unbelievable…

After showing off the bloke gets back into the car via the driver’s side window and continues to steer the motor.
To make matters even worse there are people sitting in the back of the surfer’s car and they seem to be enjoying themselves. One wrong move could have made the outcome of this video a lot worse…
