One of our favourite actors turns 46 today…
There are very few actors who JOE would always pay to watch on screen but Sam Rockwell is definitely one of them.
Even in average films, Rockwell is usually superb because he is able to play a unique mix of madcap characters with an effortless charm. Plus his characters are usually nuttier than squirrel crap.
