Jack Reacher is the new action packed feature movie for Tom Cruise, in cinemas tomorrow.

Based on the books by Jim Grant, who writes under the pen name Lee Childs, the Jack Reacher movie takes the plot from the 2005 book, One Shot.
Ex military cop Jack Reacher, is called in by James Barr, accused by police of being a sniper – one that killed 5 random people. Reacher comes on board as a researcher for the accused and his defense lawyer and sets to unravel the truth.
Written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, whose previous works include Valkyrie and The Usual Suspects, Jack Reacher could quickly become the first in a new franchise for Cruise, formerly part of the Mission Impossible movies.
The Jack Reacher character is stoic, calm and collected in his actions. The movie trailer shows that it will be full of one liner sarcastic comedy. Amongst fast car chases and beating people up, Cruise must get a girl in there too for this to meet all the action adventure needs.
