With the live final of The Celebrity Traitors just around the corner, the remaining contestants have little time left to work out who they can trust.
But before the BBC One series reaches its climax on Friday, viewers will discover whether Irish comedian Joanne McNally has managed to escape suspicion.
Thursday’s episode will pick up where last week’s dramatic roundtable left off, after McNally and actress Sharon Rooney received the same number of votes.
The stalemate forced the contestants into a second ballot, with King Kenny given the deciding vote.
The episode ended before his choice was revealed, leaving both women facing an uncertain future.
McNally and Rooney were not the only names being discussed by the group. Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock and actor Sebastian Croft also found themselves under suspicion as the Faithfuls became increasingly cautious about who they believed was telling the truth.
King Kenny’s position could prove particularly important as the game enters its final stages.
The content creator was recently named one of the three contestants most trusted by the group, alongside Maya Jama and James Acaster, as reported by RTÉ Entertainment.
That confidence earned him a special blade, which allows his vote to count twice when the contestants turn their attention to a suspect.
And the roundtable may not be the only source of drama before Friday’s finale, as the Traitors are expected to eliminate another contestant.
Miranda Hart has already fallen victim to their strategy, becoming the latest celebrity to leave the competition.
Explaining their decision, the Traitors described the comedian as “a good detective”.
Despite her exit, Hart appeared grateful for the experience and the chance to return to her usual routine.
She spoke fondly of getting back to the work she loves, along with spending time “wandering round the Scottish Highlands and connecting in nature”.
“There were times I didn't think that would be possible again,” she said. Hart has previously discussed the fatigue she experienced in connection with her Lyme disease diagnosis.
With fewer contestants left and the final approaching, the next roundtable could change everything.
McNally’s fate now rests on Kenny’s decision, with Thursday’s episode set to reveal whether she or Rooney will make it any further in the game.
