The best Fast & Furious is among the movies on TV tonight
Your Tuesday evening movies menu has arrived!
In a movies mood this evening and not sure what to watch? Not to worry, we've got you covered!
Sister Act - FilmFour - 6.55pm
An absolutely huge box office hit for Whoopi Goldberg, who goes undercover as a nun after she witnesses her mobster boyfriend commit murder. Fun fact: it comes from the same director as Dirty Dancing.
Get Him to the Greek - Comedy Central - 9pm
The sorta-sequel to Forgetting Sarah Marshall focuses on a troubled rock star (Russell Brand) and his new personal assistant (Jonah Hill) as they travel the world, getting into all sorts of trouble.
Alien: Covenant - FilmFour - 9pm
Far from the best in the Alien series, but also far from the worst. Famous for that scene where Michael Fassbender teaches Michael Fassbender how to play the flute. And then the two Michael Fassbenders kiss each other. No, none of that is a typo.
Fast Five - UTV - 10.45pm
Our pick for the night is the highlight of the Fast Saga to date, in which Vin Diesel and Paul Walker take their particular brand of vehicular mayhem to Brazil, while being hotly pursued by The Rock. Fast X is in cinemas now, and Fast & Furious 11 could be set in Ireland, so why not go back and check out the best of the franchise so far tonight.
Vice - BBC Two - 11.15pm
An Oscar-winning comedy drama telling the story of Dick Cheney (Christian Bale), who managed to amass great power under President Bush (Sam Rockwell). Amy Adams, Steve Carrell and Jesse Plemons fill out the impressive supporting cast.
The Craft: Legacy - FilmFour - 11.20pm
The 2020 rebootquel to the iconic 90s teen drama. It is ... fine.
Righteous Kill - TCM - 11.20pm
One of the movies that marked the end of the untouchable careers for both Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.
Joy - FilmFour - 1.10am
Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro, Bradley Cooper and Edgar Ramirez star in this decent drama about a woman who kickstarts a huge business empire, even as all of her family attempt to disrupt her along the way.
