Who you gonna call? Paul Rudd, that’s who!
When it comes to proton packs, we’re not sure what the ratio of success is. 60% of the time, it works every time is what we’re waging.
Ok, that doesn’t make any sense but what does make perfect sense is Paul – the greatest man in the history of time – joining the cast of Jason Reitman’s new Ghostbusters film.
The Ant-Man and Avengers: Endgame has confirmed the news via the film’s official Twitter account and given the fact that he’s one of the most likeable people around, we can’t wait to see what he’s going to do with the role.
We’re already looking forward to his interview with Conan O’Brien where he’ll play the inevitable Mac and Me clip.
As you can see below, the video features Rudd announcing the news at the iconic Ghostbusters headquarters in New York.
Rudd will star alongside Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard and Captain Marvel’s McKenna Grace, reportedly playing a teacher. Carrie Coon is also in talks to appear in the film.
Brian Fantana is a Ghostbuster. We wonder if the rest of the Channel 4 News Team will be jealous.
What a time to be alive and if you’re looking for proof that Rudd is a King among men, look no further because it’s right here.
FYI, Rudd is a genuine Irishman, as you can see in our interview with him below.
