Just over two weeks since the interview on BBC’s Newsnight, the world is still discussing the comments made by Prince Andrew during that hour-long conversation.
During that interview, the Duke of York attempted to explain his friendship with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and defend himself against accusations made by Virginia Giuffre.
Giuffre had claimed in court papers in Florida that she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew when she was 17 years old, which is below that state’s legal age of consent.
Tonight, Giuffre will give her first UK television interview, with the BBC stating that it will involve Giuffre telling her story of her relationship with Prince Andrew and revealing new details about her time spent with Epstein.
The Prince and the Epstein Scandal will air on BBC One tonight (Monday 2 December) at 9pm.
