May the fourth be with you wherever you’re in the galaxy but the hype machine for Star Wars : The Force Awakens has just gone into hyperdrive with these latest images.
The cast all gathered in a galaxy far, far away , or the headquarters of Vanity Fair we’re not sure which, to pose for this photoshoot and talk about J.J. Abrams’ upcoming ‘greatest film of all-time’ epic.
The big tidbit is that Adam Driver will be taking a turn to the darkside because as rumoured he’s playing the Sith that’s wielding the awesome broadsaber as the villainous Kylo Ren.
Lupita Nyong’o will be playing a pirate named Maz Kanata but her character will be brought to life using CGI based on her performance capture work.
We already loved what JJ Abrams is doing with the film as seen by our uber geeky reaction to the trailers but his remarks on Jar-Jar Binks sealed our mancrush.
He said that “I have a thought about putting Jar Jar Binks’s bones in the desert there.”
We’re also very interested in Suicide Squad but that doesn’t have lightsabres. And lightsabres rule all.
