The talents of Saoirse Ronan and Hozier have been gaining recognition outside of Ireland for a long time now and their stars aren’t about to stop rising anytime soon if their inclusion on a fairly prestigious list today is anything to go by.
Influential business magazine Forbes have compiled a list of 300 influential people under the age of 30 in Europe, dividing those 300 people into ten groups made up of 30 people who are making their mark in ten different sectors.
Saoirse Ronan (21) and Hozier (25) have both been included in the entertainment sector, which also includes the likes of Adele, John Boyega, Novak Djokovic, Rory McIlroy, Andy Murray and Ed Sheeran.
Fine little ego boosts for the natives of Carlow and Wicklow respectively; keep up the good work.
