The cast for the movie features multiple Oscar winners.

Staying in this Saturday? Well, you’ve got plenty of movie options on TV, including:

Sneakers – Legend – 9pm
Our pick for tonight is this 1992 heist thriller movie about the leader of a security specialists team (Robert Redford) who finds his past returning to haunt him when he and his colleagues are tasked with retrieving a particularly important item.

Directed by Phil Alden Robinson (Field of Dreams), Sneakers boasts an all-star cast – including Ben Kingsley, Dan Aykroyd, David Strathairn, Mary McDonnell, River Phoenix and Sidney Poitier.

A hit at the box office upon release, the movie also earned great reviews – 80% on Rotten Tomatoes – with critics praising it for its breezy tone and smart storytelling.

As well as airing on TV tonight, Sneakers is available to rent on Apple TV+ and Google Play.

Kill Bill Vol. 2 – Dave – 9pm
The second part of Quentin Tarantino’s incredible martial arts epic.

Colombiana – Film4 – 9pm
Zoe Saldana stars in this solid action revenge flick.

Letters from Iwo Jima – TG4 – 9.45pm
We recommended this Oscar nominated war film last week.

White House Down – Channel 4 – 9.45pm
A US Capitol Police officer (Channing Tatum) must save the President (Jamie Foxx) when the White House is invaded by terrorists.

Possibly better than the similar premised Olympus Has Fallen. Discuss.

Death Wish 2 – ITV4 – 10pm

Get Hard – Comedy Central – 10pm
The critically panned Kevin Hart/Will Ferrell comedy.

Die Hard 2 – RTÉ2 – 10.20pm
Bruce Willis returns in this terrific airport-set sequel to Die Hard.

House of the Devil – Horror Xtra – 10.55pm
This supremely creepy ’80s set horror about a college student (Jocelin Donahue) hired as a babysitter at an isolated house was the breakthrough film for writer-director Ti West, who helmed the recent acclaimed slashers X and Pearl.

The Hurricane Heist – Pick – 11pm
Another heist movie, except this one takes place during a hurricane.

Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever – Sky Sci-Fi – 11.05pm
A sequel to Eli Roth’s breakthrough flesh-eating virus horror that its director – the aforementioned Ti West – disowned.

Meander – Film4 – 11.10pm
A claustrophobic French horror thriller that has drawn comparisons to Cube and Saw.
