They weren't all winners - remember that truly embarrassing sketch with Saoirse Ronan as an Aer Lingus flight attendant? - but that is the rick you take with producing a new comedy show from scratch each and every week.
In the most recent episode, Tina Fey and Nicki Minaj were the hosts for the night, but they weren't alone, as you can see just from Fey's opening monologue, which also featured Jerry Seinfeld, Benedict Cumberbatch, Chris Rock, Robert De Niro, Fred Armisen, Anne Hathaway and Donald Glover, and then Fey she gets a birthday surprise guest!
